Kris: God takes care of me

DIRECT LINE - Boy Abunda - The Philippine Star

I don’t think there is a question she wouldn’t ask or answer. Forthright, honest, spontaneous, funny and outrageously charismatic, Kris Aquino simply stands out in a landscape where everyone tries so hard to be bigger than big. She is brilliant in every sense of the word. She is brave having faced head-on both the good and the bad that have come her way. And having been public all her life, she is aware of the responsibilities of one who has been blessed with so much. She works hard like she’s not who she is. When her mother was president, doors opened, many doors closed after her mom’s presidency. With tenacity, drive, talent and a lot of prayers, she is TV’s biggest star today. Scarred by the battles she fought, she has not allowed to be reduced to what her detractors want her to be. She remains in fighting form — generous, loving, honest, caring, driven, feisty, fascinating, playful, prayerful and beautiful. Read on:
