Friends for life

"Package deal or buy one, take one."
This was how Pinoy Big Brother teen housemate Mikki Arceo described the fate she shared with Aldred "Bunso" Gatchalian and the destiny of the "special friendship" of Niña Jose and Bam Romana inside Kuyas house.
These four teen housemates are the first evictees of the PBB Teen Edition. Aldred did a voluntary exit after spending only a few days inside the house. Mikki and Niña, on the other hand, were evicted during the first and second eviction night, respectively, while Bam underwent forced eviction for doing a number of violations.
"Arent we really friends? Walang iwanan," quips funny guy Bam.
Secluded in a house where a subtle air of competition is very apparent, these housemates consider themselves lucky for finding sincere friendship amidst a surreal environment.
"Because of the relationship I shared with Bunso, I realized it doesnt take forever to form a very special, strong friendship," states Mikki. "We only spent a few days together in the PBB house, but I can feel I can entrust my life to him already."
Agreeing fully to what Mikki said, Aldred adds, "The few days I spent inside the PBB house were very hard. But Mikkis support for me has always been constant, and I will forever be grateful."
This, according to Aldred, the youngest of all the teen housemates, made him consider Mikki his ate.
Mikki says, "He is different from everyone. More than being good-looking, he is very sensitive and intelligent. Aldred is almost perfect."
Mikki and Aldred feel their friendship was meant to be.
"When PBB Teens was launched, we were introduced together. I was teen housemate nine and Mikki was the 10th housemate," recalls Aldred. "Almost instantly, we knew we would be good friends because we complement each other."
In fact, when Mikki was evicted, the first line she said was, " I am okay. At least, I will already see Bunso."
While Aldred and Mikkis relationship was purely platonic at the start, Niña and Bams "special friendship" started when this funny guy first laid eyes on the pretty lass.
"During the whole audition process, I would always bump into Bam," says Niña. "He was stalking me."
Smiling, Bam did not deny what Niña said adding, "Her beauty enthralled me. Just taking a peek at her was just fine by me."
When Bam saw Niña inside the PBB house, he made sure the Assumptionista would feel his presence. He succeeded and instantly became Niñas best friend. But falling romantically for her was the biggest struggle for Bam had inside the PBB house.
"When we were doing the see-saw challenge, I realized na lupa ako at langit si Niña," recalls Bam. "But I knew that whatever Niña and I share, it is best to keep it that way."
Niña acknowledges this, saying, "Bam and I share something very special. I am so lucky to have found a friend in him someone sincere, honest and understanding."
Asked if their friendship will continue after the hype on PBB Teens, the four housemates reply, "Whatever we share goes beyond show business. We are very sure we will all be good friends for life."
