Go ahead, laugh!

A few days ago, I came across an article that said laughing can cure some diseases. I cant quite recall exactly which diseases these are, but doctors used comedy films as therapy for some of their patients.
Laughing may sound so easy, yet its so hard to do. When youre feeling down, its not very easy to laugh even while watching comedy films. I guess finding the right humor for certain situations can be very hard. Some jokes may be a bit too "corny" and immature and some people cant relate to them.
Havent you ever gone inside a movie house to catch a comedy film and find yourself leaving halfway through the movie because you thought it was just too cheesy? Im sure weve all had moments like that. This is why I truly admire comedians and especially writers of comedy shows.
A few months ago, I remember writing about attending the Bubble Gang anniversary. I was in their show a couple of times. This was very exciting for me because I found no other show like it. It was very refreshing and relaxing to do a gag show like this. You cant help but laugh every time. It was nice to work with some friends of mine and see them enjoying themselves as well. This was why I just had to go and attend their anniversary. I couldnt miss it.
Remember I was telling you guys about moving to my new place? It was a success! Ive finally moved all my things and were pretty much done unpacking all the boxes. Somewhere between my crazy "moving to a new place" schedule this past week, I managed to go to my second appearance on Laugh to Laugh, a show on QTV 11. I didnt have much of an idea what this show was about since I havent really had the chance to watch TV lately. They just asked me to bring a bunch of clothes, which reminded me of Bubble Gang.
Call time was a little early. As soon as I got there, I was so surprised to find old friends I havent seen for quite some time like Wilma Doesnt, Boy 2 Quizon, the Jaboom twins, and others. It was so nice to see them again. Ryan Yllana is also in the show.
It was my first time meeting some of their other guests for that episode as well. Later, I learned this show is not a sitcom the way I thought it would be. It is actually a gag show very similar to Bubble Gang.
I guess QTV 11 has put up its version of Bubble Gang. Would you believe both Bubble Gang and Laugh to Laugh are under the same creative teams? Isnt that cool? Although I was a bit under pressure from packing and unpacking my things from moving, this show totally made me forget all those things for a day. I didnt even feel I only had two hours of sleep the night before!
The great part about this show is that it airs weeknight at 8. Thats just awesome. Youll have time to watch Bubble Gang and Laugh to Laugh the whole week!
Im sure Ill be spending more time in my new place watching these shows. So, try to get home by 8 p.m. and catch this show and laugh to laugh your night away! By the way, try to catch me also on GMA 7s SOP today. See ya! Have a great Sunday.
