Baila goes Retro in the Metro

Baila! Universal Dance & Fitness Studio or "Baila!" was established between friends who wanted to share a passion they all had in common with their future patrons — dancing! Dancing as an art form and a mode of recreation and fitness develops a person’s self-expression, happiness, relaxation, strengthening and confidence building. Tools, which come in handy in life — not only on the dance floor.

After only a year and a half, Baila! caters to almost 600 students of all ages (from 4 to 65 years old) who share the love for dance and offers an extensive range of choices from bellydance, ballet, flamenco, hip hop, jazz, cardio striptease, streetjazz, cheerleading, ballroom, salsa, tap, tahitian/hawaiian, pilates, and yoga.

On June 03, Friday, at 7pm, Baila!, in cooperation with Philstar.com, Motilium (Domperidone), Nike and Asia Speedy, will present its dance recital 2005 entitled "RETRO IN THE METRO!" at the Tanghalang Aurelio Tolentino, Cultural Center of the Philippines ("CCP Little Theater"). Almost 100 students will take center stage and burn the dance floor to Retro music from the ol’ years.
