The international sensation’s successful promo tour in Manila brought by V2 and Universal Records in cooperation with Information Gateway, Paddocks, Skechers USA, ABS-CBN, Linden Suites, Myx, Music Channel and Studio 23 has spawned the first blockbuster single from the album Bright Lights. Billy’s various appearances in ABS-CBN’s shows have re-confirmed that he is among the most popular entertainers in the country today.
Billy’s jampacked showcases at SM Fairview and SM Megamall have also brought him closer to his Filipino fans. He also broke sales records on the said mall appearances.
The Big City album released by a leading record label V2 Records, was recorded in Atlanta Georgia; Los Angeles and New York.
Billy was chosen to star in Exorcist The Beginning. Unfortunately he and the cast were caught between quarrel of the director and the producer, so it was not shown in theaters. The version starring Billy Crawford will soon be available on DVD.
He is slated to do three more movies this year.
Big City, which is already on European charts will be released this 2005 in the United States; the same year when Billy will open his own production company in New York.
