Metro Filmfest announces 8 official entries

Romance, suspense, action, drama, fantasy, horror and comedy are in store for moviegoers this holiday season as the eight official entries to this years Metro Filmfest were known yesterday.
They are:
Panaghoy sa Suba, produced by CM Films and starring Cesar Montano, Jacky Woo and Juliana Palermo (romance);
Bulong (Spirit of the Glass), produced by Canary Films and starring Dingdong Dantes, Marvin Agustin, Rica Peralejo, Alessandra de Rossi, Paolo Contis and Ana Capri (horror-suspense);
Lastikman, produced by Viva Productions and starring Hero Angeles, Sarah Geronimo, Christopher de Leon, Edu Manzano, Mark Bautista, Geoffrey Eigenmann and Ricky Davao (fantasy);
Enteng Kabisote, produced by OctoArts Films and starring Vic Sotto, Michael V, Kristine Hermosa, Alice Dixon, Aiza Seguerra and Oyo Boy Sotto (comedy-fantasy);
Que Sera Sera, produced by Regal Entertainment and starring Eric Quizon, Kris Aquino, Mark Herras and Rainier Castillo (drama-comedy);
Mano Po 3, produced by MAQ Productions Inc., starring Vilma Santos, Judy Ann Santos, Christopher de Leon and Jay Manalo (drama);
Aishite Imasu 1941, produced by BasFilm Productions Inc., starring Raymart Santiago, Judy Ann Santos and Dennis Trillo (epic drama); and
Sigaw, produced by MegaVision and starring Richard Gutierrez, Jomari Yllana, Iza Calzado, Angel Locsin, James Blanco and Ronnie Lazaro (horror-suspense).
The 10-day Metro Filmfest starts Dec. 25 and ends Jan. 3, 2005.
