Ronaldo Valdez and John Lloyd Cruz play Sen. Cayetano and Lino Cayetano respectively. Jacklyn Jose, Sharmaine Arnaiz, Lander Vera-Perez and Miko Palanca play other roles in this story, which depicts the last two years of the life of Sen. Cayetano (Valdez). As his hepatitis-b diagnosis turned worse, friends, family and even his staff volunteered to donate part of their liver to save Sen. Cayetano’s life. But when his youngest child Lino (John Lloyd) is adjudged the fittest donor for his father’s liver transplant, will the hoped-for miracle occur?
