Electile Dysfunction back soon at the Music Museum

The wacky, hilarious, irreverent satire on today’s political circus will be back on stage because of insistent public demand.

After a successful eight-night run at the Republic of Malate last December, Electile Dysfunction makes a comeback at the Music Museum in Greenhills starting Jan. 28, 29, 30, 31 and February 1, 2 and 3 for another seven-night run.

Conceptualized and produced by Jac B. Nimble and In Focus Productions and directed by Leo Rialp, Electile Dysfunction is a rambunctious romp over the colorful, showbizzy and circus-type political scene. It takes a dig on the Presidentiables and their oft-repeated promises. It is a rib-tickling revue of political characters who will lead this country to salvation or perdition.

Reprising their roles will be Boboy Garovillo, Nonie Buencamino, Robie Guevarra, Patricia Ysmael, Dyords Javier and new additions to the cast, Charee Arespacochaga and Raul Montessa with the special participation of Boy Abunda, as God.

The script and characters have been rewritten to conform with the ever-shifting twists, turns and alliances that characterize Philippine politics.

A special feature of the show will be Jon Santos’ portrayal of six new characters.

Electile Dysfunction is presented by Rotary Makati West, Ateneo High School ’79 Foundation, Pikit Refugee Center, PETES-ITFT, and Assumption High School ’78.
