Porno in cellphone, Internet

FUNFARE - Ricky Lo -
The Internet and your cellphone can be a dangerous tool for character-assassination or spreading pornographic material. As if you didn’t know, did you?

Latest victims are Andrea del Rosario and Piolo Pascual. The former has denied it to death - you know, that she’s not the nude girl in an "open sesame" pose in the Internet, entitled Guada Lupe (the character Andrea played in her first bold outing, Lupe).

Madame "A" is convinced that Andrea is "it" so I asked her to e-mail to me the much-talked (two) photos which, for understadable reasons, I can’t possibly reprint in this column. I checked and rechecked the photos, upside-down, this way and that, and the girl doesn’t at all look like Andrea. For one thing, Andrea has dimples while that girl doesn’t have even one. Andrea has nothing to explain.

I also saw the photo of somebody said to be Piolo Pascual, smiling at the camera, with a, well, "flagpole" in the foreground. The (two) photos are now being spread from cellphone to cellphone and, again, I doubt very much is Piolo is "it." Use your common sense. If an ordinary guy would think a hundred times before being caught by the camera in that compromising pose, would somebody as popular and as familiar as Piolo Pascual do it, staring pa mandin at the camera? With the advances in technology, it’s easy to "doctor" a photograph and pass it off as "authentic."

Again, Piolo has nothing to explain, nothing to worry about. He and Andrea can charge it all to experience, the price of stardom.

Okay, next porno photos, please?
New Seiko Jewels
You’ve heard about the controversial all-nude acting "workshop" among the stars of the new Seiko flick Liberated (what an apt title, ‘no?), haven’t you? Among participants were new boldies Francine Prieto and Christian Vasquez, along with the lead star Diana Zubiri who incurred the ire of her manager, Jojo Gabinete, when she didn’t inform him in advance about that titillating session.

Anyway, Seiko boss Robbie Tan is confident that he has another gold mine in Francine, an AB Psychology student at a private school and a candidate of the recent Bb. Pilipinas Pageant using her real name (Ana something). Robbie has an eye for boldies. He propelled the likes of Cristina Gonzalez, Priscilla Almeda and Rosanna Roces to bold stardom, didn’t he?

Francine, 5’5" tall and part-Filipino, part-Chinese and part-Spanish, is a member of the FDAP (Fashion Designers Association of the Philippines) and has modelled for, among other designers, Inno Soto. Like several boldies, Francine is an alumna of Kuya Germs’ That’s Entertainment (a rich source of bold stars).

Like Francine, model Christian Vasquez is now a Seiko contract star. Baring his body is nothing new to Christian who promises some "shocker" in Liberated, directed by Mac Alejandre who orchestrated that controversial "sensuality" (daw) workshop.

Come in, Francine and Christian. There’s always room for new boldies in a field where the turn-over/take-over is very fast. You see, after a couple of exposures (especially if "total"), boldies are considered passé and the sex-hungry public looks for new, younger and fresher bodies. If Francine and Christian can graduate to serious acting, sans body-baring, just like what Rosanna successfully did, then good for them.
