KC replaces Karylle in Little Mermaid repeat

First, she bagged a P5-million contract as the image model of Human (sister company of Bench).

Now, she’s taking one bigger step towards showbiz by playing Princess Sapphire in the restaging of The Little Mermaid (by Trumpet) at the Meralco Theater in August.

As I’ve been saying, it’s in her genes so there’s no stopping KC (upper photo) from following in her mom Sharon Cuneta’s giant footsteps toward showbiz stardom.

In Mermaid, KC is replacing Karylle (lower photo), daughter of Zsa Zsa Padilla, who played the role (Princess Sapphire) in last year’s presentation, with Carol Banawa and Dianne dela Fuente again alternating for the role of Jewel.

Only 17, KC is the heiress apparent of her Mom in more ways than one.
