ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines – An Abu Sayyaf bandit tagged in the kidnapping of plantation workers in 2001 was arrested in a coastal village in this city on Sunday.

Regin Onsing Nazirin, with aliases of Sahirun Asdatul, Imam Aling and Abu Nawas, was collared in Baliwasan Seaside before 4 p.m.
