Another Batangas police top cop sacked

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines  – Another police chief in Batangas was sacked from his post yesterday under the one-strike policy  of the Philippine National Police.

Senior Inspector Julius Alvaro of Padre Garcia town was replaced for failing to solve the P10-million pawnshop robbery in Barangay Poblacion, Inspector Hazel Luma-ang, spokesperson for Batangas police, said yesterday.

Senior Inspector Arnold Bianzon replaced Alvaro.

On Monday, Superintendent Jacinto Malinao was relieved as Lipa City police chief over unresolved shooting incidents in the city.
