CEBU, Philippines – An exciting culinary change is about to happen to let the taste buds experience the exquisite flavors of the Mediterranean region. An array of the Mediterranean's finest dishes is being offered in the new menu selection of La Gondola, at Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino.
La Gondola is the hotel's casual dining Italian restaurant, but has specially expanded its menu to showcase Mediterranean flavors.
The menu now has Seared Beef Carpaccio; Green Vegetable Minestrone with Tomato Ricotta Ravioli, Lasagna Bolognese; Three Cheese Pizza with Mozzarella, Gruyere & Gorgonzola Cheese; Calzone with Ham, Peppers, Mushrooms, Roasted Garlic, Mozzarella & Ricotta; Slow Braised Lamb Tagine; Prawns Provencal and a lot more. Various Appetizers, Salads, Soups, Risottos, Pastas, Pizzas and Desserts are also served to complete the Mediterranean experience!
