Congressman Benhur and Janice Salimbangon had a joint celebration of their birthdays last May 31st. Since the congressman's birthday fell on a Tuesday (session day), the couple decided to have their birthdays celebrated together. Some two hundred guests… Mayors, Vice Mayors, Councilors and Barangay officials from the 4th district and personal friends and relatives of the couple came to the big dinner bash held at Villa Mariquita in Nivel Hills, Lahug, Cebu City.
