NCA cocker of the year race heats up

MANILA, Philippines - The race for the best cocker honors heats up today when the National Cockers Alliance holds another six-cock derby with the finest entries from the country’s leading cockers and breeders slugging it out at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.

Gerry Ramos, Vice Gov. Odie, Cong. Amante, Romy Lim, Gov. Plaza, Mayor Joson, and Rene Adao heads the list of guests going up against the best from the NCA roster in the event hosted by Gov. Ito Ynares and Atong Ang and sponsored by Sagupaan Complexor.

Jimafer BG of Efren Canlas and Jimafer paces the race with 48 1/2 points with Eric dela Rosa and Butchoy’s entry Pasay City in second with 46 points.

In third place are Bebot Uy and Jun Soriano’s SF Blue Quartz 2 with 41 points while Lucky Money RM of Rene Medina and Anac-IP/Flying Horse of Rep. Joseph Panganiban next with 40 points each.
