JKV Enterprises stays unbeaten in Arlon Cup S3

CEBU, Philippines — The JKV Enterprises stretched their hot streak to four games in a row with a 75-72 beating of Team Angel BBG in the Hoop Nation Arlon Cup Season 3 powered by Rock Uniform Solutions at the City Sports Club-Cebu gym.

Bito Holasca sizzled with 16 points on top of six rebounds and a career-high six blocks as JKV firmed up their grip of the solo leadership with a perfect 4-0 record.

On the other hand, Aldrin Fernandez exploded with 31 points laced with two boards and two dimes as Heat Check evened their record at 2-2 with an 88-84 triumph over N.A. Systems.

In the other results, the Young Chief of Cebu, Yamete Knights, and Steagh barged into the win column.

Young Chief updended the Primary Builders, 89-82, Yamete pulled off a 72-71 squeaker over Slowmo, while Steagh downed the Gentlemen squad in overtime, 70-65.

Jio Antigua delivered a scintillating 39-point performance spiked with two steals and as many assists for Young Chief, Panchu Villamor had a dazzling all-around show  for Yamete with 11 points, five rebounds, eight assists, and three steals, while Dane Padinas flirted with a triple-double, cashing in 27 points, eight rebounds, and 10 assists for Steagh. — EBV
