ePerformax squads suffer contrasting fates
CEBU, Philippines — Two football squads from ePerformax suffered contrasting fastes in their respective campaign in the 21st Aboitizland Football Cup yesterday at the University of Cebu-METC campus in Barangay Mambaling, Cebu City.
The female bets of ePerformax scored a thrilling, 1-0, victory over Lear FC. With the win, ePerformax lady booters now grab the lead in the inter-BPO/company division with a perfect 3-0 slate.
However, ePerformax’ men’s squad failed to duplicate their women’s win after falling in the hands of Timex, 1-2. Timex now leads the standing with 2-0 win-loss record.
In the executive division bracket, Celaros FC posted back-to-back wins after silencing Arkiteks, 5-0, followed by a default win over Don Bosco Alumni. Primary Group, for its part, got its second win over Arkiteks, 9-0.
The University of San Carlos also went too much for ERCO, 6-1. (FREEMAN)
