Final leg of DSCPI tilt TCC ends bid on high note

CEBU, Philippines – Dancesport-Team Cebu City ended its  campaign in the three-leg 19th DSCPI National Dancesport Championship with 18 golds, seven silvers and three bronzes the other night at the Philsports Arena along Meralco Avenue in Pasig City.

Mae Pabuaya and Romeo Cialbo took home a pair of golds in the teacher-student 1C and grade C standard.

Ouie Selene Rendon and Jhon Lloyd Leyson also got two golds through the juvenile A latin and standard, while Ronald Ruiz and Jocelyn Vesteeg got their golds from the senior C and TS2 B standard. The other double gold medallist were Shardie Abellana and Marjorie Pasaje in the Grade C and TS1C.

Even with two different partners, Eleanor Hayco made a golden performance with Jimmy Noel in the senior A latin and with Anselmo Estillore in the TS2A Latin.

The youthful Frances Marie Valmoria and Hezekiah Sobrevega won gold in the juvenile C standard and bronze in the A class plus a silver in the juvenile A and C latin.

John Paul Mocorro and Mary Joy Dumosmog bagged gold in the youth A Latin gold and silver in the standard youth C as Niño Salve and Janna Marie Pugoy snared gold in the Latin juvenile C and silver in the standard discipline.

Julia Paz Branzuela and Gylle Niño Diluvio topped the junior C Latin and placed third in the standard junior C, Anndreah Kiem Capangpangan and Jake Emmanuel Corro got the gold in the junior A Latin, Troy and Tracy Villarta lorded it over the youth A standard, while Bert Kevin Diluvio and Jam Flores ruled the Latin Grade B.
