Bullos suffers another ONE FC heart-breaker

Lemuel P. Maglinte - The Freeman

CEBU, Philippines — Cebuano mixed martial artist Cary 'The Prince' Bullos suffered another heart-breaking loss, this time at the hands of Malaysian Ev Ting via guillotine choke submission in the second round in the ONE Fighting Championship the other night at the Stadium Putra in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Hungry for his first win in Asia's biggest MMA tournament,  Bullos went aggressive from the onset, tagging Ting with sharp punches in the opening round.

Sensing danger, the Malaysian disengaged in a striking war with Bullos. Instead, he went for his ground game and eventually pinned Bullos against the cage. Ting's gameplan proved effective as he managed to take the Cebuano warrior to the ground before executing a perfectly timed guillotine choke to finish off Bullos for good.

In his ONE FC debut last year, Bullos also lost by submission to American Major Overall.— (FREEMAN)
