Duraman bikefest set in Toledo
CEBU, Philippines - Cebuano pedal-pushers gear up for a Duraman action at The Ranch in Toledo City on June 15.
The event features a standard and sprint distance.
The Olympic distance will have a 10-kilometer run, 40km bike and another 5km run, while the sprint distance covers half of the total distance of the said event.
More to it, participants under the sprint distance can choose any of the three popular bike types such as a road or tri-bike, a mountainbike or folding bikes. They will see action in separate classes though to level the playing.
The standard distance, on the other hand, is an open category. The contenders have the option on what bikes they are going to use.
Registration fee is pegged at P1,600 for the standard distance and P1,300 for the sprint race inclusive of souvenir t-shirt. Those who will register on or before April 22 will get a P300 discount.

Cash prizes, trophies and medals await the top performers of the event organized by Go Active Marketing and Events in association with local government unit of Toledo and The Ranch Resort. (FREEMAN)
