NM Hardware ‘95 returns to winning ways, routs Class 2004 in CECABA
CEBU, Philippines - After absorbing its first defeat of the season, New Millennium Hardware '95 quickly jumped back to the winning track with a 77-57 rout of Best World Lifestyle 2004 in the Cebu Eastern College Alumni Basketball Association's 12th Dr. Chen Lieh Fu Memorial Cup last Friday night at the CEC gym.
Joseph James Yu dished out a splendid all-around performance, finishing just an assist shy of a triple-double with 18 points, 12 rebounds and nine assists as Class '95 immediately went back to usual business after its 10-game win streak was halted by Dewfoam ‘88 last Tuesday evening.
Donald Anthony Ting also had 18 points on top of three rebounds and two steals, while Raymond Gollon added 11 points, eight rebounds, five assists and two steals for Class '95, which kept Class 2004 at bay after getting off to a hot 16-8 start.

After a slow start that saw them trailing at 11-14, Class 2003 unleashed a searing 28-11 run in the second quarter to take full control of the match with a 39-25 lead at halftime.
