Montenegro shines in CHEDA weekly tilt

CEBU, Philippines - Steve Montenegro capitalized on his vast experience to rule the singles event in the latest edition of the Cebu City Hall Employees Darts Association (CHEDA) weekly tournament at the Baseline Sports and Recreation Center.

Montenegro bested the little-known Roneil Haslem in the final round.

Rodmar Branzuela came out third, while Alvin Villa settled for fourth.

Interestingly, Montenegro and Branzuela swapped places in the doubles event.

Branzuela and Jomar Pastorfide Amerol bagged the doubles crown after edging out Jerome Perales and Me-Me Canga.

Montenegro placed third this time along with Morex Galanza, while Reyden Colina and Wenie Abella landed at fourth. (FREEMAN)
