All set for sixth edition of Pink October Run

CEBU, Philippines - The sixth edition of the Pink October Run, a charity event that promotes breast cancer awareness, is set on October 14 at the Cebu Business Park.

The race features the 3K, 5K and 10K categories. There will be a special class for breast cancer survivors.

“We hope to increase awareness of the public with regards to the early diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. We also believe that running is one of the best forms of promoting a healthy lifestyle,” said Philippine Colleges of Surgeons-Cebu/Eastern Visayas Chapter President Stephen Bullo.

Entry fee is pegged at P250 inclusive of a singlet. The registration will start on October 1 at the Active Zone of Ayala Center Cebu. (FREEMAN)
