- Lemuel P. Maglinte -

CEBU, Philippines - Two similar combat discipline will clash as Cebuano Muay Thai fighters and kickboxers will go up against each other in the Muay Thai Challenge 2012 on May 20 at J Centre Mall in Brgy. Bakilid, Mandaue City.

Event organizer Michael Arquillano said this is a one-of-a -kind event as two clubs practicing different martial arts discipline will try to prove which one of them has the more superior fighting skills inside the ring.

Muay Thai fighters from Projectile Pit and Bullet Muay Thai will represent the art of Muay Thai. They will be challenged by fighters from Durex Dragon Gym, Coma Kick Boxing and ATC Kick Boxing.

In the supporting bout, Po's protege Neil Bacatan will face Kerk Florida of ATC Kickboxing.

Two Bullet mainstays in Leo Rodrigo and Moses Nadalo will lock horns with John Edu Torbiso of Durex Dragon and Edcel Julom of ATC Kickboxing, respectively.

The rest of the card features Donald Tubod vs. Axel Torbiso, Marvin Rabonos vs. Kimmuel Cabahug, Dennis Berjay vs. Gary Cabahug and Dino Codinera vs. Yanyan Villanueva.
