Karate lessons at Bodytone

CEBU, Philippines - The Japan Karate Association (JKA) Asia Pilipinas-Cebu in partnership with Bodytone Fitness Center offers karate classes for those who want to learn about the age-old martial art.

The training session is scheduled from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 4pm to 6 pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Senior instructor Antonio P. Diluvio, a 4th Dan International, will supervise the comprehensive training program aimed not only at teaching the students about the effective means of self-defense but also promoting a healthy lifestyle among themselves.
