CEBU, Philippines - Vince Lominoque lived up to expectations as he snatched the unisex 10-under title of the Dunlop Sport Visayas Junior Tennis Series-Cebu leg at Cebu International Tennis Centre, Inc. (CITCI) courts in Consolacion yesterday.
Lominoque pulled off a 10-8 triumph over Gabriel Andre Trazo in the final to win the youngest class in the two-day event.
