Race running clinic
Raffy Osumo, Precing Capangpangan and myself will soon conduct a running clinic for the Cebu Provincial Capitol employees that recently formed a running club called RACE (Running Association of Capitol Employees) headed by Regor Ancajas. Regor said the club boast of more than 50 members. I told Regor, while most of the members could only run 5 kilometers, who knows they will soon be running 50.
Fit and Fab feeding program
Last Monday, Precing Capangpangan and I were guests at the feeding program conducted by Charmine Suson and The Gaisano Country Mall staff at the Bowling Plex in Banilad . There were over 150 indigent children coming from Lorega, Carreta and Brgy. Negative. If you count the PWDs and some senior citizens, it would have tallied 200. The program is also assisted by Operation Mobilization (OM) headed by Sally Ababa and Alexis Gaisano. The event was the highlight of the Fit and Fab Run held last July. Some 80 members of OM participated including the foreign volunteers. The kids had a great time with meals provided by Jollibee complete with their mascot. May your tribe increase.
