Pagnanawon leads Visayas qualifiers in Ronda Pilipinas
CEBU, Philippines - Jaybop Pagnanawon leads the cast of Visayas qualifiers in the LBC Ronda Pilipinas Road Race Championships staged in Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Pagnanawon topped the Visayas qualifying round, with three other Cebuanos trailing him in Judemar Villarosa, Randy Carbonera and Albert Basirgo.
Marvin Tapic occupied the fifth spot followed by Roland Gorantes.
Marjun Villarosa landed seventh, while Roy Carbonera finished at 12th spot.
The rest of the cyclists who barged into the top 12 were Romnick Bibit, Leopoldo Japitana Jr., Aldrin Alojado and Fidel Ovas, Jr.
They will be split into two squads to represent Visayas region for the final battle late this year.
After Visayas, action shifts to Bukidnon for the last qualifying race.Two teams will also represent Mindanao.
