21 VISSA members to join Hong Kong swimfest

CEBU, Philippines - The Visayas Integrated Schools Swimming Association (VISSA) will send 21 bets to the annual Stingray International Invitational Swim Meet set from April 30 to May 1 at the Hong Kong International School’s Tai Tam Campus.

The bulk of the team comes from Cebu, a dozen of them coming from the University of San Carlos and one from St.Theresa’s College.

The USC tankers include the Echavez sisters Loren Dale and Ara Denise, Gervilyn Mae Cadimas, Bianca Marie and Rozelle Marie Diaz, Cynthjune and April Goden, Kyle Lorenzo Nemil, Rica and Richmond Seville, and Mary Grace and Ray Lister Tungala, while the lone STC entry is Ana Patricia Cho.

There are also four VISSA members from Bacolod and Bohol who will be joining the competition. (FREEMAN)
