Singwangcha fighters KO foes in round one in Dalaguete boxing

CEBU, Philippines - Two Singwangcha fighters caught the Dalaguete boxing fans awe-stuck after they both registered stunning knockout wins against their respective foes the other night at the Dalaguete Sports Complex.

The undefeated super flyweight prospect Marco Demecillo Singwangcha of Cebu City needed just one round to finish off Ricardo Roa, in the same way with Marlon Tapales Singwangcha against Charlie Cabilla.

Demecillo Singwangcha, the reigning PBF 115-pound champion, proved to be the more dominant warrior as he landed solid combinations capped by a crushing left hook to the left side of the body that sent Roa crashing into the canvass for good.

In the other featured match, T.I. Yamagaya Aguelo kept his PBF featherweight belt with a 10-round unanimous decision victory over Gabejan Singwangcha. The official scores were 96-93, 97-92 and 97-92.

Presented by Rex "Wakee" Salud Promotions International in partnership with Aljoe Jaro, Thai promoter Naris Singwangcha and the local government of Dalaguete, the slambang show was among the highlights of Dalaguete's annual town fiesta in honor of its beloved patron San Guillermo de Aquitania.   (FREEMAN NEWS)
