De los Santos rules 'Blackout' footrace
CEBU, Philippines – It may be night time but Mary Grace de los Santos' vision was clear enough for her to dominate the penultimate leg of the 2010 Eagle Run Trilogy dubbed as 'Blackout' at Cebu Doctors' University campus in Mandaue City.
De los Santos crossed the finish line in 38 minutes and 1.21 seconds to top the10-kilometer battle.
The multi-titled De los Santos defeated Mary Joy Tabal for the top spot. Tabal settled for second place with a 41:01.38 clocking.
In the men's side, Joebert Carolino got the top spot with the time of 33:34.51. Elmer Bartolo finished second in 33:37.03, while Adonis Singson landed at third in 35:50.67.
In the 5K action, Joel Delposo is back on top with the time of 15:50.57. Riez Enriquez wound up second in 15:55.21 followed by Ian Bernido in 15:55.21.
In distaff side, Aiza Suaybaguio came out as the fastest in 20:03.41. Pearl Beronia finished second in 20:13.32, while Lynle Cardenas wound up third with a 23:41.94 clocking. (FREEMAN)
