Sherilin Plastics drubs Cellpod in JBA caging

CEBU, Philippines - Biboy Potencioso scored 22 points and crafty pointguard Dennis Que added 20 to power Sherilin Plastics to a 93-80 win over Cellpod/Threesome in the JBA 2nd season at the City Sports Club Gym.

Earlier, Jonathan Suico fired 38 points to lift the Savers Home Depot to a convincing 83-70 victory over the struggling Mang Inasal.

Mark Abadia helped in the scoring parade for the Sherilin Plastics, which handed Cellpod/Threesome its first loss in three starts.

Ex-USC Warrior Bogs Llanto and Dave Lim finished with 10 points each for Sherilin to make up the poor showing of another prolific scorer Jeremy Huang who had just a single point.

Ex-CIT Wildcat Jason Jae Estella and Jose Lim topscored for Cellpod/Theesome with 13 points apiece, while Leodi Garcia and another former CIT sentinel Jumel Lanutan had 12 and 11 points, respectively.
