CEBU, Philippines - The Land Transportation Office (LTO) stretched its streak to three in group A of the ARENA-7 basketball tournament played at the Central Command court inside Camp Lapu-lapu in Apas, this city.
LTO dealt Mactan Cebu International Airport Authority its first loss in three outings, 113-97.
Jun Ace Ursal led the LTO with 20 points while five others including Milfred Sampelo, Chris Ferraren and Serge Quirante, finished in double figures.
In the other game, the Bureau of Customs scored a walkover against Cebu Normal University, which did not come in complete uniform.
Organizers decided not to let CNU play as they did not have uniforms.
BOC, which lost its opening game to the Court of Appeals, 70-72, now holds a 1-1 win-loss record.
