CEBU, Philippines - Charlie Berberio and the little-known Pamela Apuhin stamped their respective classes in the Run For Bebe: A Fight Against Nasopharyngeal Cancer at Chong Hua Medical Arts grounds yesterday morning.
Berberio is finally back on top as he ruled the men’s 5K category, edging out the multi-titled Noy Jopson and Jessie Misa who occupied the next two spots.
Ruth Banzon placed fourth, while Linno Carlo Galindo wound up fifth.
In the distaff side, Apuhin came out the fastest followed Veronica Ong. Odelyn Borlado finished third, while Johanna Cua and Razel Simon ended up fourth and fifth.
Jay Yosores bested Harem Mendoza for the top post in the men’s medical class. Stephen Lim was third followed by Porferio Amboang and Santonin Yu.
In the women’s medical class, Audrey Mendoza took the first place honors. She was trailed by Mizraym Capangpangan, Marosan Trani, Carmel Angel Suico and Humility Igana.
The top five finishers in the 3K run were Garry Garcia, James Janzel Noval, Kenneth Toledo, Daryll Igot and Adrian Lua.
In top five in the distaff side were Tricia Mae Lapasaran, Kresha Mae Igot, Maria Nona Matos, Ana Entero and Gervinia Buralo.
Frank Caesar Tag-at and Cecille Milan topped their respective divisions under the 3K medical action.
