Gin Kings deck Alaska Aces

CEBU, Philippines -  The resilient Brgy. Ginebra Kings roared back in the fourth period, erasing a 12-point deficit to run away with a 105-93 victory over the Alaska Aces in last night's out-of-town match of the PBA Fiesta Conference dubbed as "PBA Duwa sa Sugbo" hosted by the JCI Metro Cebu Uptown and Mero Cebu Uptown Foundation at the Cebu Coliseum.

The Aces led by 12 points, 83-71, after a basket by Anthony de la Cruz from the right corner with just two minutes gone by in the final canto.

Willie Miller tied the count at 91-all with still 3:03 left in the ballgame and then Willly Wilson scored the go-ahead basket with an undergoal stab on a nice drop pass by Ronald Tubid, 93-91.

In the return play, Tubid drilled in a triple that gave the Gin Kings a 96-91 lead.

Later, Caguioa and the foul-plagued Eric Menk finished off the Aces as the Gin Kings padded the lead, 102-91, before L.A. Tenorio could answer for the Aces.
