CEBU, Philippines - The Castrol-backed Cebu Striders invaded Ormoc in grand fashion, topping four categories in the 2010 Run Ormoc Run.
Philip Duenas and Elmer Bartolo ended with a 1-2 finish in the men’s 15K division.
It was the same story in the men’s 10K and 5K divisions with the Cebu Striders taking over the top two spots.
Jobert Carolino ruled the men’s 10K as Riez Enriquez finished second.
Cebu’s road running queen, Mary Grace de los Santos, had an easy victory in the women’s 5K class. She was trailed by Mary Joy Tabal.
Joel Delposo completed Castrol-Cebu Striders’ day with a convincing win in the men’s 5k to the delight of Mark Angelo Laus, Castrol’s ABM for Central and Eastern Visayas who personally went with their supported runners to Ormoc. (FREEMAN NEWS)
