Medellin to host moto-x

CEBU, Philippines - Cebu’s motocrossers gear up for exciting race against visiting riders from other areas in the Visayas and Mindanao as the 2010 MS Motosuit Motocross Series unfolds its third leg this Sunday in Medellin.

The race is dubbed the “2nd Hon. Mayor Ricky Ramirez Motocross Challenge.”

The success of last year’s staging paved the way for the local government of Medellin to support this series anew.

Leading the cast in this Sunday’s race are expert riders Jon-Jon Adlawan and the Abellar siblings – Jubenile and Juvanni along with Dumaguete’s Irwin Ramas-Uypitching.

Crowd-darling John Flores, who had been elevated to the intermediate and even the expert category, is also expected to give another tough run for his “kuyas” in the racetrack.

Seigfred Ornopia, on the other hand, has no plans to step down from his throne and eyes to collect as many wins in the executive A while his sons, Brylle, Ken and Keizer also try to dominate the lower categories against last year’s peewee overall champion, BJ Pepito.
