CEBU, Philippines - Winnie Ocañada and Rayden Colina ruled the third edition of the Yayoy’s Grill and Resto Bar weekly darts tournament.
Ocañada and Colina got the title after edging out Rolly Maurinos and Steban Montenegro in the finals.
Councilor Raul “Yayoy” Alcoseba’s son, Ramon “Mon-Mon” Alcoseba, also joined the action and surprised the rest after placing third along with veteran Odong Pamatian.
Winnie Abella and Jerome Perales got the fourth place, while the father-and-son tandem of Bert and Madz Colong got the fifth spot.
Itong Badayos and Mon Montecillo placed sixth, while the next two seats were taken by Morex Galanza and William Encorporado and Alvin Villa and Jorgen Villamor.
The weekly doubles competition at Yayoy’s Grill is part of the selection process for the Queen City of the South’s representatives for next month’s national event here. – Caecent No-ot Magsumbol (THE FREEMAN)
