Summit boxfest resumes tonight

CEBU, Philippines - The first of the two scheduled “Fight Night” Summit Natural Drinking Water Amateur Boxing Series for September will be contested today at the Gaisano Country Mall carpark.

The promising Flores Boxing Club (FBC) simonpures hope to come up with another impressive performance after ruling the latest edition of the Mayor Cortes Amateur Boxing Series.

FBC will be fielding in five boxers in 25 kgs. Ariel Sibay, 30 kgs. Melmark Dignos and Junreil Jecong, 42 kgs. Mark Kevin Sorenio, and 57 kgs. Charlie Pudol.

Cabancalan, on the other hand, will have four entries, one from its elementary school and the rest from the high school department. – Caecent No-ot Magsumbol
