E-Telecare pummels 1&1 Internet in Inter-BPO hoop

CEBU, Philippines - E-Telecare once again personified teamwork with its 63-38 thrashing of 1&1 Internet Philippines in the 5th Inter-BPO Basketball Championships the other day at the City Sports Club-Cebu gym.

E-Telecare Global Solutions launched a sizzling 37-11 rally in the third period to further rip the game apart, 53-25, behind the sizzling offensive of Vicente Adolfo and Gilbeys Cabrera. 1&1 never recovered from thereon.

Aegis People Support, on the other hand, improved its win-loss record to 3-1 after disarming the Qualfon Knights, 53-48.

John Paul Cabrera showed the way for People Support with 11 markers. Ryan Ignacio spearheaded Qualfon with eight points. 

In the other match, Giovanni Taok pumped in 21 points as Wipro pummeled the ICT Group, 69-49.

Wipro now holds a 4-2 win-loss card.

Earl Lyle Abellanosa topped ICT with 23 points.
