CEBU, Philippines – Paolo Inoc claimed his second expert class crown via the 11th leg of the Castrol Philippines-presented 3rd MS Motosuit Motocross Series dubbed as the “1st Mayor Duke Frasco Motocross Cup” last Sunday in Jubay, Liloan.
Inoc, who bagged his first expert title during the shortened seventh leg in San Remigio last month,
defeated Jubenile Abellar for the top spot, while previous leg winner Jon-Jon Adlawan could only make it to third place this time.
Abellar made up from his loss in the expert race by ruling the intermediate class over the Yapparcon brothers Ambo and Weng.
MS Motosuit image model John Flores is back on top after falling short in the 10th leg as he dominated the novice production category of the event sponsored by Liloan Mayor Duke Frasco and Jubay Brgy. Capt. Manuel Wagas.
Flores outlasted Donkey Sanchez this time, while Ryan Querol landed third.
Sanchez though wasn’t bothered at all after being outclassed by Flores as he already had a handful of trophies with a triple championship in the beginners open production, local enduro, and open enduro.
Ryan Querol placed second in the beginners open and Bonnie Bustillo in the local enduro. Ayen Ledesma salvaged two third place finishes in the beginners open production and open enduro.
Jun Enriquez, on the other hand, scored a double victory in executive A and B for the first time in 11 legs.
Enriquez bested Nonoy Reluya and reigning “Rider of the Year” Seigfred Ornopia for the top post in executive A and then fended off the tough challenge by Aloy Igot and Gener Sicad to reign supreme in executive B.
Butch Flores , for his part, snatched the executive C plum over Titing Sicad and Sergio Chua.
Brylle Ornopia is back in the groove as well as he topped the mini class action over Tomtom Largoza and BJ Pepito.
Pepito, however, quickly rebounded by winning the peewee 7-under race over Marianne Yapparcon, while Joseph Enriquez wound up third. — Caecent No-ot Magsumbol (THE FREEMAN)
