Four teams win in PMODA hoopfest

CEBU, Philippines - Four teams got off to winning starts in the Pulpogan Motorcycle Owners and Drivers Association (PMODA) basketball tournament at the Brgy. Pulpogan gym in Consolacion, Cebu. These are Heartvit, Caltex Fooda, TJ Boys and Center Harbour.

Heartvit edged out Lumbeach, 56-54, Caltex Fooda dumped Xtreme Communication, 59-46, TJ Boys slammed Crossroad TM, 70-62, while the Center Harbour hacked Kaimito Blazer, 93-80.

The skipper of the respective teams are Jonas Comendador for Caltex Foda, Luther Hopida for Xtreme Communication, Edward Alcarez for Heartvit, Roel Bangkal for Lumbeach, Eng-eng Rojas for TJ Boys, Corjoe Suarez for Crossroad TM, Rudy Bontilao for Center Harbour and Elyong Gomez for Kaimito Blazer.

The PMODA tilt is sponsored by Pulpogan Brgy. Capt. Roger Linaboc and Arlene Tongco, manager of the Reliable Recruitment Agency.
