Malaysians to join 'Ground & Pound V'
CEBU, Philippines – A lean but mean team from Malaysia will show their stuff in the Yaw-Yan ArDigma Martial Arts Federation, Inc.-presented “Retribution” - the fifth sequel of the explosive Ground and Pound Mixed Martial Arts and Kickboxing showdown scheduled to be held on July 18 at the Cebu Coliseum.
Yaw-Yan Cebu Ardigma founder and Vis-Min director Master Benigno “Ekin” R. Caniga, Jr. said the Malaysian fighters are coming from the Kuala Lumpur-based Tenbudo Mixed Martial Arts Training Centre.

Host teams Yaw-Yan Ardigma and Deftac Cebu-Gracie Barra of Cebu City, Soma Kickboxing Club of Mandaue City, and Yaw-Yan Musang of Lapu-Lapu City are all girding up to defend their fort against the equally-tough visiting forces.
These include the Hybrid Yaw-Yan of Manila, Yaw-Yan Alasan of Surigao City, MMA Kickboxing Club and Wushu-Sanchou of Cagayan de Oro City, Muay Thai Association of the Philippines of Dumaguete City, Fight Club of Bacolod City, Barotac Nuevo Self-Defense and Brotherhood Association, Inc. of Iloilo, and Mindanao Top Team of Butuan City.
