-

CEBU, Philippines - RJX Transport Solutions ’99 sustained its sizzling run with a 52-41 whacking of JRJ Enterprises/Semers 2007 in the Cebu Eastern College Alumni Basketball Association’s 11th Dr. Chen Lieh Fu Memorial Cup last Monday night at the City Sports Club-Cebu gym.

Mark Eugene Bukiron transformed himself into a one-man wrecking crew as he charted 23 points to power Class ’99 to its seventh win against a solitary defeat.

RJX Transport was down by five at the end of the first period, 8-13, but rallied back in the next two quarters to grab the upperhand for good, 34-31, after three quarters. Class ’99 then finished off the youngest graduates with an 18-10 spurt in the windup.

Raymark Ryan Ong and Juan Carlo Espada connived for 21 points for Class 2007, which absorbed its third loss in four starts.
