Jumapao, Prima Pasta 1 pace 11th Sinulog bowling tourney
CEBU - Jomar Jumapao and his team Prima Pasta 1 went off to a hot start in the 11th Sinulog Open Bowling Tournament the other night at Gaisano Bowlingplex in Brgy. Banilad, this city.
Aside from leading the charge of his team, Jumapao also got everyone’s attention when he rolled a perfect game during the fourth frame.
That greatly helped Jumapao to take the driver’s seat in the individual standings with 962 pinfalls. He was trailed by defending masters champion Docdoc Gothong 925 pins.
Michelle Lim is at third spot with 876 followed by Leo Tecson with 876 and Frank Tan with 874.
The top 16 individuals after eight games will compete for the masters title today.
In the team standings, Jumapao’s Prima Pasta 1 is on top of the heap with 2,608 pinfalls.
CETBA Men’s occupied the second spot with 2, 544 pinfalls followed by CIFYA with 2, 500.
