Tejero to host 4th leg of dance contest
CEBU - Barangay Tejero will play host to the fourth leg of the Go Ching Hai Martina and ML Kwarta Padala Cup-Barangay Hip Hop and Dancesport Competition tomorrow.
The tandem of Limuel Enriquez and Patricia Kaye Cirujano are expected to duplicate their winning form during the third leg in Mambaling where they ruled the junior latin open routine.
Overall, Brgy. Pardo dominated the open routine with two gold, silver and bronze medals apiece.
Guadalupe trailed with a 1-2-1 medal count, while host Mambaling placed third with one gold, one silver and three bronzes. Buhisan got a gold while Lahug had a silver and a bronze.
In the third leg’s closed bronze action of the Dancesport-Team Cebu City-organized event, Dexter Quijote and Sharmaine Maloloy-on raked in three golds and a silver.
Quijote and Maloloy-on got their golds from the youth latin division and modern standard discipline.
Jason Milla and Katheren Palelio, on the other hand, snatched two golds and a bronze, while Sunrish Jucew Conde and Cheska Marie Añoza picked up a pair of gilts. – Caecent No-ot Magsumbol (THE FREEMAN)
