CEBU - Fresh from a victory in its first game in the Mini class, host Don Bosco Technology Center (DBTC) will try to tick another into their records as they face the Sacred Heart School-Jesuit (SHS-J) at the resumption of the 1st Metro Cebu Inter-School Basketball Challenge “A Search for Little king of the Court” at the DBTC basketball courts.
DBTC’s first victim, Southwestern University (SWU), will try to bounce back as they take on University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) in the first match this morning.
In the Midget division, Mary Help of Christians School (MHCS) will face DBTC-A while the last game will see the battle between the Philippine Christian Gospel School (PCGS) and DBTC-B.
Team World manages the tournament with DBTC Administrator and Rector Fr. Lan Guiao, Boy Andoyo (event director), Harry Lim and Rey Villagracia (tournament commissioners) and Rey Cañete of BAP-SBP.
The said event is supported by Vice Mayor Mike Rama, Guardo Sports Foundation, Globe Broadband, Growee Vitamins, Prosel Pharma, King’s Quality Foods, Atty. Koko Holganza, Cokaliong Shipping Lines, Teksource and Computer Systems, Tri-J Marketing and AMBL.
