CASA Christmas league on Nov. 18
Monsignor Achiles Dakay, president of the Cebu Amateur Softball Association (CASA), made the day of softball enthusiasts.
Right after the championship game of the 3rd M. Lhuillier Kwarta Padala Softball Tournament, Dakay announced the staging of CASA’s Christmas League on November 18 at the San Roque Parish ball park in barangay Subangdaku,
CASA is again relying on M. Lhuillier Sports Development Foundation (MLSDF) to support the tournament through its executive director Eddie Ybañez.
Under Ybañez, MLDSF had been actively supporting many sporting events specifically softball, volleyball, tennis and basketball.
CASA is now accepting entries for this Christmas tournament. For more information, one may call Msgr. Dakay at 254-4131 or CASA commissioner Nene Tancinco at 412-7059.
Teams that will send feelers will receive a written invitation from Msgr. Dakay to show sponsors their interest to join the event. — Caecent No-ot Magsumbol
