Pusok-B eyes final versus Angelie

Softball fans will have a lot to cheer about today when two top junior teams Pusok-B and Angelie clash in the penultimate round of the 2nd M. Lhuillier Kwarta Padala Invitational Softball Tournament at the Ouano field in barangay Looc, Mandaue City.

The other semifinal game pits Paintworks against Cambaro.

The winner between the top two squads gets the first final seat while the loser will play the winner of the Paintworks versus Cambaro game in a do-or-die match for the second final berth.

In the senior division, the Salazar Colleges of Science Institute and Technology (SCSIT) hopes to get back the solo lead when they face Pusok-A. SCSIT currently totes with a 4-2 win-loss card.

Carcar Royale sports the same slate after beating SCSIT last Sunday and will play Pusok later in the day.

M. Lhuillier Sports Development Foundation (MLSDF) is also set to play today opposite the winless Aldritz Liniment.
