Firefly vs. Arthro in CEBOA cage final
Team Firefly goes up against Arthro for the championship of the 2007 CEBOA Inter-Company basketball tournament held at the San Roque gym near Patria de Cebu.
This after the Fireflies defeated Fastpak, 82-74, in a do-or-die semifinal game. The Fireflies took control of the first half, 51-31, but Fastpak staged a rally in the second half to close in.
Fastpak desperately fouled Firefly players in the waning minutes of the game to stop the clock and hoped that Firefly will miss the free throws awarded to them.
Firefly dribblers, however, showed they could convert free throws under pressure to preserve the win.
